Instructional Designer

The Instructional Designer develops, creates, and implements training curriculums and development of training materials

• • Develops training materials utilizing a variety of resources

  • • Evaluates and maintains training materials

    • • Meets with subject matter experts in creation of training

      • • Updates training programs to ensure that they are current

        • • Oversees the creation of content for online learning modules and educational materials for employees

          • • Maintains an understanding of training trends, developments and best practices

            • • Conducts field visits to observe best practices and gather content

              • • Meets with manager to determine resources for training

                • • Other tasks and responsibilities as assigned

                  
                  
                  

                  Qualifications:

                  • • 3+ years of Lincare operational experience in a respiratory center

                    • • Experience a plus in creating training materials and content

                      • • Familiarity with traditional and modern training methods

                        (mentoring, coaching, on-the-job training, e-learning etc.)

                        • • Excellent communication skills

                          • • Ability to plan, multitask, and manage time effectively

                            • • Strong writing and record keeping ability

                              • • Strong computer and database skills

                                • • Ability to travel 30%-50% is required
