Hansen Talent Group is seeking a strong Instructional Designer to work with a new, enterprise initiative in the Columbia SC area. The ideal candidate will have strong Adobe experience as well as provide work in creating and developing training materials for IT efforts.
The Instructional Designer will be responsible for designing and developing in-depth training materials including memos, graphics, web content, and SOPs to support a new call center team.
Duties:
Work with Call Center leaders to understand the training requirements, obstacles in training, and audiences in training to develop an understanding on materials needed and best practices.
Write, design, and distribute high-quality written materials including website content, SOPs, user instructions, notices and memos, training course materials, etc.
Ensure training materials and user manuals are regularly updated, collaborating with training specialists for updated scripts and workflows within the call center environment.
Provide feedback on process improvements, education practices, and training materials.
Maintain audit ready documentation showing federal and state compliance within materials and corporate policy alignment.
Qualifications:
Experience working with training material development
Hands on work using Adobe Creative Suite, photoshop, canva, etc
