Responsibilities:

  • Apply knowledge of instructional design theory to design course content, working with subject matter experts, management, trainers, and e-Learning specialists.
  • Develop complex e-Learning programs and applications using tools such as Storyline, Vyond, and WellSaid.
  • Create new training programs independently, conducting formal analysis of training needs as required.
  • Consult with managers and team members to develop training curriculum and identify individual training program goals and objectives.
  • Incorporate stakeholder input into learning design and roadmap, effectively negotiating trade-offs of conflicting priorities based on business value.
  • Apply knowledge of adult learning theory to identify appropriate training media and methodologies based on audience learning styles and course content.
  • Assist in designing evaluation strategies and tools to measure program effectiveness and determine if desired learning and performance outcomes are achieved.
  • Collaborate with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
  • Present recommendations to relevant stakeholders effectively.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 4 years experience with Articulate, Adobe, Vyond, and Camtasia.
  • Strong instructional design, eLearning, and video skills, with a focus on video/storyline skills.
  • Experience working with complex content and designing training for multiple delivery modalities, including traditional classroom, online classroom, and self-paced e-Learning modules.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Broad knowledge of instructional technologies and proficiency in advanced use of e-Learning tools, with the ability to augment regular functionality with some custom programming.
