Instructional Designer

Job Summary (List Format):

- Minimum 7 years of instructional design experience in a corporate learning environment
- Deep expertise in adult learning theory, instructional design methodologies, and performance consulting
- Proficient in applying the ADDIE framework (Analysis, Design, Development)
- Skilled in conducting needs assessments and identifying effective learning interventions
- Experience designing e-learning and blended learning solutions
- Strong stakeholder management and facilitation abilities
- Capable of managing multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced, remote environment
- Excellent communication, presentation, and consulting skills
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Preferred: Experience with Learning Experience Design (LXD) methodologies
- Preferred: Background in designing learning journeys and enterprise-wide development programs
- Preferred: Experience supporting sales enablement, operational training, or safety-focused learning
- Preferred: Strong visual design and content modernization skills
- Preferred: Ability to enhance learner engagement and training effectiveness through innovative solutions
