Role Overview
The Instructional Designer is responsible for the strategic design, development, and governance of enterprise learning programs delivered through the company's Learning Management Systems (Docebo). This role exercises discretion and independent judgment in determining instructional methodologies, learning strategies, and content frameworks that support business operations, employee performance, and customer enablement.
The Instructional Designer partners cross-functionally with stakeholders across Product, Operations, Sales, and Customer Success to translate complex Transportation Management System (TMS) concepts into scalable, data-driven learning solutions. This role directly influences onboarding effectiveness, product adoption, and organizational capability development.
