Instructional Designer

Payrate: $46.00 - $48.00/hr.
 
Summary:
We are looking for an instructional designer to support strategic learning initiatives for a localization program supporting Client’s Worldwide Operations. This is a short-term, deliverable-focused engagement that will involve researching and testing emerging approaches for L&D localization, designing interactive experiences to showcase these approaches, and developing materials to educate customers on these approaches. The role will partner directly with the localization program manager to transform subject matter expertise into structured, professional learning and communications.
 
Basic qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in instructional design, multimedia development, learning and development, or equivalent
• Experience designing and developing learning or enablement materials end-to-end
• Experience creating interactive experiences for live events or conferences
• Ability to synthesize research and SME input into clear, structured deliverables
• Experience with e-learning authoring tools such as Storyline, Rise, or Captivate
• Experience with localization, translation, or internationalization workflows
• Familiarity with building and testing generative AI solutions

 
Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience with translation management systems
• Experience on machine translation with post-editing (MTPE) projects for L&D materials
• Experience with learning management systems
• Experience with media applications such as Adobe Creative Cloud

 
Pay Transparency: The typical base pay for this role across the U.S. is: $46.00 - $48.00 /hr. Non-exempt positions are eligible for overtime at a rate of 1.5 times the base hourly rate for all hours worked in excess of 40 in a work week, or as required by state or local law. Final offer amounts, within the base pay set forth above, are determined by factors including your relevant skills, education and experience. Full-time employees are eligible to select from different benefits packages.
