Partner with content developers, LMS administrators, and Implementation Administrators to implement training content on clients Learning, ISU, and Seismic platforms
Ensure accurate tracking of training content throughout the implementation and translation process and provide regular status updates to CL&D teams
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve technical issues that arise during the implementation and evaluation phases
Identify opportunities to streamline the implementation process
Assist in evaluating learning content using a variety of qualitative and quantitative methods to drive design/development improvements
2-4 yrs. relevant professional experience
Ability to sign-off on applicable technical and/or clinical content
Experience designing and developing eLearning, instructor-led training, and assessments
Demonstrated application of adult learning theory
Excellent written and interpersonal communication skills
Experience working and collaborating with SMEs and other Instructional Designers to create learning content
Ability to work with instructional design processes, tools, and templates
Ability to prioritize multiple development projects and deadlines, and adapt to project changes
Strong organizational skills
Excellent attention to detail
Must provide work samples and/or portfolio
College degree (Bachelors) or completion of relevant certificate/bootcamp
