Pay Range: Targeted salary $50,000 - $56,000 annually, based on experience

Work Schedule: Monday - Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m.

Join the Center for Public Management (OU CPM) at the University of Oklahoma and be part of a team dedicated to making a daily impact in the lives of Oklahomans. Under the direction of the CPM Instructional Design Services Manager, this position s responsible for the design, development and evaluation of training materials and content for traditional and blended learning courses, online modules and related programs. Required Education and Experience:

• Bachelor''s degree.
• 24 months experience working in an instructional design position.

Equivalency/Substitution: Will accept 48 months of related experience in lieu of the Bachelor''s degree for a total of 72 months'' of related experience.

Department Preferences:

• Bachelor''s or Master''s degree in Instructional Design, Instructional Psychology & Technology, Adult Learning, Human Resource Development or related field.
• 36 months experience in instructional design, adult learning and development, performance measurement, multimedia, and curriculum and course development for classroom and online learning environments.
• Knowledge of Section 508 accessibility requirements.
• Experience working with state agency or public sector human service programs.
• Experience with multimedia software.
