This hybrid role focuses on creating instructional content, collaborating with stakeholders, and designing a range of learning experiences across classroom, virtual, and self-paced formats.
About the Opportunity:

- Hours: Standard business
- Setting: Hybrid (3 days per week onsite)
Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage instructional design projects and learning initiatives across the business unit and organization
- Collaborate with business partners to design and develop courses and curricula aligned with business objectives
- Conduct training needs assessments and translate requirements into effective learning solutions
- Create instructor-led, virtual, online, and self-paced learning content and materials
- Develop job aids, reference guides, support tools, and LMS learning activities that reinforce performance
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Education, Business, Communications, Behavioral Sciences, Training Development, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education, training, and experience
- Experience in instructional design, learning and development, or corporate training
- Experience evaluating the effectiveness of courses, learning products, and delivery methods
- Experience researching, writing, and developing instructional content and technology-driven learning products
- Advanced knowledge of instructional design methodologies, educational theory, instructional tools, and learning resources
- Experience assessing organizational training needs and translating requirements into effective learning solutions
- Ability to capture and translate complex processes into easy-to-understand training materials
- Strong organizational, planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Strong collaboration and communication skills with technical and business stakeholders at all levels
- Experience building strategic relationships with business partners and leadership
- Proficiency with database, presentation, word processing, and spreadsheet software
