This role combines Instructional Design, Sales Enablement, and Project Management to develop and scale impactful learning programs that support go-to-market initiatives, accelerate business growth, and strengthen strategic partnerships. The ideal candidate will create engaging learning experiences that drive skill development, improve sales performance, and support organizational objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Design and develop high-impact sales enablement and training content aligned with account executive and account management workflows, connecting learning initiatives to revenue growth, pipeline acceleration, and sales effectiveness.
Apply adult learning and instructional design principles to create engaging, practice-based learning experiences, including role plays, objection-handling exercises, deal simulations, and peer-learning activities.
Support the development and execution of go-to-market enablement programs, including new product launches, sales campaigns, and role-specific learning initiatives.
Create, edit, and maintain training materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with business objectives.
Manage enablement operations, including learning management system updates, certification tracking, content repositories, translations, and version control.
Evaluate program effectiveness through learner feedback, performance metrics, adoption data, and business outcomes, making recommendations for continuous improvement.
Provide virtual and live facilitation support, fostering collaborative learning and practical application of sales skills.
2 to 4 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Instructional Design, Learning Design, Sales Training, or related fields.
Proven experience creating and delivering training programs that support sales, account management, customer acquisition, or business growth initiatives.
2. Instructional Design Expertise
Formal education, certification, or professional training in Instructional Design, Adult Learning, Learning Experience Design, or a related discipline.
Demonstrated ability to design learning experiences that drive skill adoption, behavior change, and performance improvement.
3. Project Management
Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives, timelines, stakeholders, and deliverables simultaneously.
4. Language Requirement
Fluency (reading, writing, speaking, and content review) in at least one of the following:
Spanish (LATAM)
Japanese
Mandarin Chinese (Taiwan)
5. Training Analytics & Tools
Experience using learning analytics, performance metrics, and learner feedback to measure training effectiveness and improve programs.
Proficiency with learning and enablement tools such as Articulate 360/Rise, Seismic, LMS platforms, and presentation tools.
6. Global Audience Support
Ability to adapt content and facilitation approaches for culturally and regionally diverse audiences.

Experience supporting sales enablement or go-to-market programs in a fast-paced, high-growth environment, with the ability to build credibility and effectively engage sales and revenue-generating teams.
