Position Details Pay Rate: $38.00 per hour on W2
Work Arrangement: Hybrid —only 1 day onsite per week

What You’ll Do
Create engaging e-learning modules, how-to videos, presentations, and job aids.
Deliver interactive virtual and onsite training sessions.
Turn complex technical information into clear, easy-to-follow guidance.
Provide hands-on learner support during system launches and upgrades.
Partner with subject matter experts and product teams to support technology adoption.
Support training initiatives involving ERP, ServiceNow, and AI literacy.
Required Skills
Knowledge of instructional design and adult learning principles
Experience with Articulate Rise/Storyline, Captivate, Camtasia, or similar authoring tools
Experience developing digital learning content and facilitating live training
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate across teams
Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline
Preferred Experience
2–4 years in instructional design, learning and development, or consulting
