Responsibilities<\/span><\/b>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create engaging
learning activities and compelling course content that enhances retention and
transfer <\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Work with subject matter
experts and identify target audience’s training needs<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>State instructional
end goals and create content that matches them<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Visualize
instructional graphics, the user interface and the finished product<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Conduct instructional
research and analysis on learners and contexts<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Apply tested
instructional design theories, practice and methods<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Provide exercises and
activities that enhance the learning process<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Create supporting
material/media (audio, video, simulations, role plays, games etc.)<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Decide on the criteria
used to judge learner’s performance and develop assessment instruments<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Maintain project
documentation and course folders<\/span>
<\/p>

<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Proven working
experience in instructional design and with instructional technology<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Excellent knowledge of
learning theories and instructional design models<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Lesson and curriculum
planning skills<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Solid knowledge of
course development software and at least one Learning Management System<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>Ability to write
effective copy, instructional text, audio scripts/video scripts<\/span>
<\/p>
· <\/span><\/span><\/span>BS or MA degree in
instructional design, educational technology or similar<\/span>
<\/p>
