    • Ensure the reliable, accessible, and pedagogically appropriate use of instructional video across online and continuing education courses, faculty training, and institutional digital learning initiatives.
    • Plan, direct, shoot, edit, and publish high-quality instructional media in support of online and continuing education instruction and academic programs, including documentary-style field productions, instructional demonstrations, interviews, faculty-led instructional videos, and motion-graphics-based instructional media.
    • Collaborate with faculty, instructional designers, and academic units to design, produce, and integrate instructional media aligned with course outcomes, teaching strategies, and accessibility standards.
    • Provide faculty development and consultation related to instructional video design, production practices, and effective use of media within Canvas courses.
    • Ensure instructional media accessibility compliance, including oversight of captions, transcripts, audio descriptions, and remediation workflows for instructional video content, in alignment with academic accessibility standards and regulatory requirements.
    • Produce and mix high-quality audio for instructional media, including voiceovers and live recordings, ensuring clarity and instructional effectiveness.
    • Create instructional motion graphics and visual teaching assets, independently or in collaboration with designers.
    • Monitor platform updates, emerging tools, and instructional media practices, and make institutional recommendations to improve academic media workflows, standards, and system use.
    • Troubleshoot instructional video playback, embedding, and integration issues within learning management systems and academic platforms.
    • Participate in online and continuing education course development, redesign, content development, and cross-functional design sprints as a required media production and platform dependency.
    • Contribute to the continuous improvement of instructional media standards, workflows, and visual communication practices in support of online learning.
    • Perform other duties as assigned in support of academic instruction, faculty development, and digital learning initiatives.
