The Instructional Paraprofessional School Aide assists with the overall management and supervision of students, assists with crisis intervention including hands-on intervention and conflict resolution, assists with the implementation of behavioral intervention plans, and assists with the collection of data related to student progress. Incorporates the organization's Mission, Values, and Service Standard Behavior guidelines in the fulfillment of all duties and responsibilities.

Starting Minimum Rate: Minimum rate of $23.13 Hourly Job Posting Disclosure: HMH is committed to pay equity and transparency for our team members.
