The Urban Child Study Center is seeking 1 dedicated and experienced Instructional Services Coordinator

HERE IS WHAT YOU WILL DO
The essential duties and responsibilities of the Instructional Services Coordinator are the following:
Provide expert coaching to early childhood teachers on the Early Learning Matters curriculum. This includes guiding use of ELM curriculum materials, classroom organization, modeling, observing implementations of lessons, examining teacher implementation for appropriate implementation (complete checklist), providing individualized feedback on teacher practice, assessing teachers, providing communication to guide teachers through the process and supporting teachers to complete/submit research/evaluation documents.
Attend project meetings and write reports of coaching process.
Attend and present at a professional learning workshop for teachers.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Minimum Hiring Qualifications
Preferred Hiring Qualifications
Minimum of three years of teaching experience in an early childhood education setting.
Experience mentoring, supervising, or coaching teachers.
Master's degree in education, early childhood education, child development, or a related field required.
Experience facilitating professional development and supporting adult learners in both group and individual
formats.
Strong organizational skills, including the ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and adapt to
flexible scheduling needs.
Ability and willingness to travel throughout the Metro Atlanta area; reliable transportation required.
