The Cedarburg School District seeks a highly dedicated Instructional & Supervisory Aide at Thorson Elementary School for the 2026-27 school year. Applicants must be skilled at establishing positive relationships with students and colleagues. Excellent communication, time management and organizational skills are required. Essential skills include the ability to build positive rapport with students; follow teacher directed instructional and behavior management techniques; communicate with teachers on individual student success or concerns and reinforce appropriate social and communication skills. Applicants must be skilled at using diplomacy, friendliness, tact and firmness to help students reach the District''s high expectations. The position is for 4 days per week. The workday consists of 5.0 paid hours and 21 hours per week.
