Job Title: Instructional /Training Developer
Location: Edison, NJ 08837
Hybrid - 3 days on site at Edison office, 2 days at home
Duration: 6 Months
Introduction
We are seeking a skilled professional to develop and deliver high-quality instructional materials and training programs. This role requires a keen understanding of adult learning principles and the ability to translate complex information into engaging learning experiences.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Demonstrated experience in designing training for adult learners
- Proficiency with common eLearning authoring tools, visual design tools, and LMS platforms
- Ability to work autonomously
- Strong analytical skills to conduct needs analyses and identify performance gaps
- Prior work experience at client or in client's industry
Applicants must be able to work directly for Artech on W2

- Ability to absorb complex information and convert it into clear objectives
- Experience with scenario-based and authentic learning
- Strong listening skills and collaborative problem-solving abilities
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
- Conduct needs analyses to identify performance gaps, assess client requirements, and recommend solutions
- Apply adult learning strategies and theory
- Create eLearning modules, facilitator guides, participant materials, job aids, and performance support tools
- Partner with SMEs to translate complex content into clear learning experiences
