Teaching hybrid online/in person micro-credentialing courses in Human Resource Development and Interdisciplinary Studies for the School of Professional Studies 10K program.

Job assignments are to teach each assigned 4-week course by:

• Meeting in person on two Saturdays during the duration of the course (each class meets 3 hours in person each of the two Saturdays)

• Facilitate and grade the online version of the course weekly through the duration of the course.

• Record final Pass/Fail grades in the tools provided.

Other Job assignments are dependent on the needs of the department.

• Candidates who hold a completed master's degree in any field and have completed 18 credit hours in the above specified areas (as determined by the academic unit) will be considered.

• HR Certification from either the Society for Human Resource Management (SHRM) or the Human Resource Certification Institute (HRCI)

• Experience with Learning Management Systems (LMS), such as Blackboard or Canvas

• Must be proficient in the use of technology, as it pertains to logging in to the online classroom from various locations.

• 2 to 5 years of teaching experience in higher education
