Pay: $20.50/hr

Monday through Friday 730am-330pm

• Provide direct support to individuals in therapeutically developed program activities in a Community Based Day Support (CBDS) program and/or employment opportunities.
• Perform the required training and documentation necessary for group and individual participant goal achievement.
• As a direct support professional, you may be required to provide essential care and support to individuals with a diverse spectrum of abilities and challenges.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized and group instructional units across various settings.
• Ensure delivery of Individual Support Plan (ISP) requirements, including direct support and documentation.
• Support individuals in work and community environments based on their needs.
• Implement behavior support strategies in collaboration with the clinical team.
• Provide transportation to assigned locations.
• Work on-site or off-site as directed by the supervisor.
• Encourage personal growth through choice, initiation, and risk-taking opportunities.
• Treat individuals with dignity, respect, and cultural sensitivity.
• Maintain required trainings, certifications, and licensures.
• Safeguard sensitive and confidential information.

• High school diploma/GED/HiSET
• Standard driver's license - class C or class D
• 1 - 3 years of related experience
