Characteristic Duties and Responsibilities
Under the supervision of the Dean of Manufacturing, Construction & Transportation, this person develops and teaches concepts and strategies for a variety of courses. May require teaching courses at MATC campuses, business, community, other sites, evening, and/or weekend. Related duties include participation in department and advisory meetings, department and college functions, course and curriculum development in both traditional and non-traditional formats.

Start Date: This position supports the Manufacturing, Construction, and Transportation Pathway and is available to start in the Fall of 2026.
Hours: This is full-time position. Full-time faculty are assigned a minimum workload of 32 hours per week. Course load, location, and schedule will depend on course availability and college need. This position is multi-campus. All work must be conducted in the state of Wisconsin.

Salary: This full-time faculty annual salary is determined based on the individual's education and years of relevant experience and is assigned to the appropriate salary class and step in accordance with the applicable salary schedule. Compensation is prorated based on start date.

How many total years of full-time or equivalent (14,000 hours) occupational experience in the electricity trade as an apprentice or journey level electrician in construction and/or industrial maintenance do you have? A combination of up to two (2) years of occupational experience in commercial or industrial electrical system design can be counted toward occupational experience.
