Instructor II - Marketing

We’re hiring an Instructor II – Marketing to support a Training Center in Eagan, MN. This role is ideal for candidates with a background in agriculture equipment, field service, or technical training who enjoy engaging with learners and delivering hands-on instruction.

What You’ll Do

• Deliver instructor-led classroom, lab, in-field, and virtual training to dealers and internal teams
• Adapt training content to improve diagnostics, optimization, and product knowledge
• Set up, execute, and tear down training environments (lab/field/classroom)
• Present using PowerPoint and lead hands-on activities (e.g., diagnosing machine issues)
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop and update training materials
• Monitor training effectiveness (e.g., NPS feedback)
• Build relationships with dealers and field teams to support training initiatives

Required Skills & Experience

• Experience in training, instruction, or learning & development
• Strong communication skills (written and verbal)
• Ability to understand and explain complex technical systems
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of agriculture equipment and/or precision technology
• Experience as a Field Service Technician, Agronomist, or Service Manager
• Background working with dealerships or distribution networks
• Exposure to engineering/manufacturing environments

Education

• Bachelor’s degree (Education, Agriculture, Ag Business, Ag Communications, etc.)
  or equivalent experience
