Position Overview
At Mt. Hood Meadows, being a Junior Snowboard Instructor is about sharing your love of the mountain and helping young guests discover the fun of skiing and snowboarding. You'll be part of the Meadows Learning Center team, helping create a safe, welcoming, and positive experience for children while developing your own skills as a skier or rider and future instructor.
Junior Instructors work alongside experienced instructors to support youth lessons both indoors and on the mountain. From helping with lessons and lesson check-in to assisting with equipment, lunch, and end-of-day activities, you'll play an important role in making each child's day at the mountain fun, organized, and memorable.
If you're 14-17, love being on the mountain, enjoy working with kids, and want to build your skills while gaining valuable work experience, this is a great opportunity to become part of the Meadows Learning Center team and start your journey in snowsports instruction.
