Requirements:
Group training certification and/or group fitness instruction experience required
Nationally accredited current fitness certification preferred - certifications: NSA, ACE, ACSM, PTA Global, NASM, AFAA, NETA
Boxing group fitness experience is strongly preferred
Must hold and maintain a current CPR/First Aid/AED certification
Have a strong interest and passion for fitness - both personally and for others
Job Overview:
You’ll be part of a team of engaged professionals that have a passion for fitness and helping our members feel empowered!! As a KickHouse Instructor, you can expect to perform the following duties:
Foster a fun, positive, community-based environment
Instruct classes according to the ability level of the members participating
Begin and end classes on time
Greet all members and orient new participants
Set up and clean up equipment neatly and properly
Perform and demonstrate exercises in class with modifications as needed
Promote classes
Administer light administrative duties
Call missed classes sales prospects
Call members to encourage bookings for classes
Educate members on studio wearable technology
Interface with visiting guests and new members
Comply with all KickHouse policies and procedures
Participate in all company events, meetings, etc.
