The Position
Position Summary
The City of Carlsbad Learn Through Play Program is seeking a Part-Time Learn Through Play Instructor to lead classroom activities and guide Aides in providing a developmentally appropriate learning environment for children ages 3-5. This position will teach a class that is held at Kruger House Holiday Park.
Schedule: Monday, Wednesday, & Friday, 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. (approx. 15-20 hours/week).

Must be 18 years or older
Ability to obtain CPR and First Aid certification
Must meet State of California TB requirements
Valid CA Driver's License (preferred)
Must attend required trainings and meetings
Must provide own transportation
Must wear standard department-issued apparel
