- Administers neuropsychological testing including, but not limited to, WAIS, WAIC, Trails A & B, WCST, clinical dementia rating, and projective testing, scoring, and evaluation for adult or pediatric psychiatric conditions as competency allows.
- Provides direct patient care by diagnosing and treating the full spectrum of behavioral health conditions within a multidisciplinary setting
- Participates in teaching and training of psychology interns, psychology post-doctoral trainees, residents, fellows, and medical students, including the presentation of lectures
- Engages in advancement of scientific knowledge through research and/or scholarship
- Serves the academic community through participation in institutional governance, such as committee work
- Contributes to the community through academically-related public service complimentary to the institutional mission
- Ensures compliance with HIPM and billing regulations

- Successful completion of an internship in psychology accredited by the American Psychological Association
- A minimum of one additional year of postdoctoral training in psychology beyond the internship
- Licensed or eligibility for licensure as a psychologist by the Texas State Board of Examiners of Psychologists
B) For candidates with a Ph.D. degree in social work, health education, counselor education, or marriage and family therapy:
