Position Summary

ECS is seeking an Instructor - Senior to support the Army National Guard (ARNG) ENOCS program by delivering advanced enterprise training for ARNG G6 applications and systems. This role involves conducting both classroom and virtual instruction, ensuring training aligns with TRADOC/T2COM standards and approved curriculum. The selected candidate will play a crucial part in adapting instruction to accommodate software updates and operational changes, thereby maintaining the quality and relevance of training. This position is integral to the broader enterprise program, contributing to mission readiness and operational excellence through effective training delivery and curriculum enhancement.

Please Note: This position is contingent upon contract award.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver comprehensive training sessions for ARNG G6 applications and systems, both in-person and virtually.
  • Facilitate hands-on exercises to reinforce learning and assess student performance.
  • Adapt instructional content to incorporate Government-accepted software updates and operational changes.
  • Provide detailed course feedback and participate in after-action reviews to enhance curriculum effectiveness.
  • Recommend curriculum improvements based on learner outcomes and mission requirements.
  • Maintain and update instructional materials to ensure alignment with enterprise training standards.
  • Coordinate with Government site leads and ARNG stakeholders to validate training environment readiness.
  • Evaluate and compile training effectiveness data for executive-level reporting.
  • Oversee class scheduling, instructor assignments, and logistical planning for training events.
  • Ensure training operations are aligned with the Enterprise Training Plan and mission objectives.
