Pay Rate: $23.00/hr (W2)

We’re hiring an Instrument Assembler to support the fabrication, assembly, testing, and packaging of medical devices in a regulated manufacturing environment. This role requires strong attention to detail, comfort working with equipment, and a commitment to quality and SOP adherence.

• Assemble, test, and package medical devices following established procedures (SOPs)
• Set up, operate, perform basic maintenance on, and troubleshoot manufacturing equipment
• Perform in-process quality checks/inspections to ensure products meet specifications
• Communicate effectively with team members and leads/supervisors
• Rotate into different tasks/responsibilities as needed to support production

• High school diploma or equivalent
• 2+ years of manufacturing/assembly experience
• Ability to read, write, interpret, and follow specifications in English
• Basic math skills
• Comfortable using basic measurement tools (including microscopes)
• Strong teamwork skills and reliability/attendance

• Ability to stand, walk, and sit for extended periods
• Ability to lift/move up to 50 lbs occasionally (with reasonable accommodations where applicable)
