Job Summary:
We are hiring an Assembler 3 Instrument Assembly Technician for a leading medical device manufacturing environment. This is an excellent opportunity for experienced electro-mechanical assemblers with strong mechanical aptitude, blueprint reading skills, and regulated manufacturing experience.

Location: Sparks, MD
Duration: 12 Months (W2)
Pay Rate:$23.00/hr on W2
Shift: Monday Friday | 7:00 AM 3:30 PM
Interview: In-Person

Responsibilities
  • Assemble electro-mechanical instruments and sub-assemblies
  • Read engineering drawings, blueprints, and work instructions
  • Perform wiring, cable harnessing, soldering, and mechanical assembly
  • Conduct inspections, functional testing, troubleshooting, and repairs
  • Maintain Device History Records (DHR) and production documentation
  • Follow GMP, quality, and safety procedures
  • Support Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Planning, and Purchasing teams
Required Skills
  • 3+ years of electro-mechanical manufacturing/assembly experience
  • Regulated manufacturing environment experience
  • Mechanical and electronic assembly experience
  • Blueprint/engineering drawing interpretation
  • Mechanical tools (torque drivers, gauges, bits, etc.)
  • Troubleshooting and repair experience
  • GMP knowledge
  • Basic Windows/computer skills
  • Strong communication and teamwork

Education
  • High School Diploma/GED + 3 years of manufacturing experience, OR
  • Associate Technical Degree + 1 year of manufacturing experience
