Shift Schedule12‑Hour Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM. Rotating 2‑2‑3 schedule: two days on, two days off, three days on, then two days off, two days on, and three days off. Shift differential: $2 per hour.Job PurposeThe Plant Instrument Controls Technician (ICT) reports to the Maintenance Manager, maintaining plant inspection, instrument, electrical, and controls systems. The ICT completes planned and unplanned work in accordance with company instructions and applicable rules and regulations.ResponsibilitiesPerform routine and specialized repair, maintenance, and updates of instruments, controls, and process control network systems across the manufacturing process.Work as part of a team to plan, analyze, and control process quality.Inspect, repair, and adjust PLCs, HMIs, and related equipment using electrical test equipment, circuit diagrams, schematics, and blueprints.Install or replace instrumentation devices such as flow, temperature, and pressure sensors; program devices or download parameters as needed.Install or replace control systems that fail to operate.
