Our INVISTA site in Victoria, TX is currently seeking an Instrument & Electrical Engineer. As an Instrument & Electrical Reliability Engineer, you will improve the reliability and performance of instrumentation, control systems, and electrical assets within our manufacturing operations. This role offers the opportunity to create value through technical problem-solving, continuous improvement, and collaboration.
Our Team
Our Instrument & Electrical Reliability team partners with operations, maintenance, engineering, and reliability organizations to improve asset performance, strengthen reliability programs, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. In this role, you will collaborate with site-based teams while also working closely with a broader network of instrument, electrical, and machinery subject matter experts across the organization. The team shares knowledge, solves complex technical challenges, and helps deliver reliability improvements across multiple manufacturing sites.
