Our work environment is inclusive, diverse, and guided by respect, ethics, and equal opportunities for all.What we're looking forThe primary objective of the Instrument/Electrical (I&E) Project Engineer is to drive project implementation for our manufacturing site. In this role, you will develop and steward our project systems/processes, which will help improve the site's overall instrumentation and electrical assets.ResponsibilitiesDevelop scope of work details for instrument and electrical discipline.Serve as Project Team Leader as required; accountable for project success (cost, timing, quality).Provide Instrument/Electrical expertise to the plant.Provide start-up assistance for new installations.Participate in Design Hazard Reviews.Perform equipment design calculations and provide equipment specifications for purchasing new equipment.Determine drafting resource requirements and request resources when required.Conduct project meetings when required.Coordinate and inspect field activities; accountable for project implementation, problem solving, and coordination.Ensure activities comply with the integrated management system (safety, food safety, GMP, health, environmental, quality, and responsible care).Work extra hours as needed to meet production objectives.Collaborate with team members from diverse backgrounds.Assist other employees in achieving company goals; follow supervisor instructions.Participate in Environmental, Health & Safety initiatives and complete company-required training programs.QualificationsBS Electrical Engineering and 5+ years of experience in I&E Project Engineering required.Must have or be able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC) card.Proficiency with SAP, Internet, Email and Microsoft Office.What we offerHealth insuranceLife insuranceOther exclusive benefitsAdditional informationSeniority level: Entry levelEmployment type: Full-timeIndustries: Chemical Manufacturing#J-18808-Ljbffr
