    The Flight Test Instrumentation Supervisor is responsible for the build, install/modification, and de-modification of Instrumentation measurements and supporting equipment.

    This position will lead represented employees. Responsibilities include a broad range of oversite, including but not limited to, metal fabrication (CNC machining and sheet metal hand forming), electrical harness fabrication, structure and electrical install on aircraft, and maintenance and removal of instrumentation measurements and equipment on aircraft.

    This position requires strong team leadership, administrative, communication (written and verbal) and interpersonal skills.

    Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Experience in ONE of the following:

    • Metal fabrication experience
    • CNC machining experience
    • Harness fabrication and routing (install)
    • Flight Line/Aircraft modification experience

    Desired Skills:

    • Prior leadership/supervisor experience
    • Excellent communication skills
    • Ability to work with varying levels of management across

    multiple organizations

    • Shop Floor Management (SFM) experience
    • Experience leading in a union environment

    Security Clearance Statement: This position requires a government security clearance, you must be a US Citizen for consideration.

    Clearance Level: Secret

    Ability to Work Remotely: Onsite Full-time: The work associated with this position will be performed onsite at a designated Lockheed Martin facility.

    Work Schedules: Lockheed Martin supports a variety of alternate work schedules that provide additional flexibility to our employees. Schedules range from standard 40 hours over a five day work week while others may be condensed. These condensed schedules provide employees with additional time away from the office and are in addition to our Paid Time off benefits.

    Schedule for this Position: 4x10 hour day, 3 days off per week
