• They are adding an Insulated Metal Panel Project Manager to support insulated metal panel (IMP), industrial siding, metal roofing, and building envelope projects throughout North America. This role serves as the primary liaison between customers, field operations, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams while managing projects from turnover through closeout. The Insulated Metal Panel Project Manager will oversee project execution, scheduling, financial performance, manpower planning, and customer relationships across multiple projects.

Responsibilities:

• Manage industrial and specialty construction projects from turnover through final closeout
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers throughout project execution
• Develop project schedules, staffing plans, manpower forecasts, and execution strategies
• Coordinate field operations, self-perform construction labor, subcontractors, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
• Monitor project budgets, forecasts, labor productivity, costs, and profitability
• Manage project billing, change orders, financial reporting, and cost control activities
• Lead project meetings and provide regular project status updates to customers and leadership
• Coordinate material procurement, deliveries, and project logistics
• Support workforce planning and manpower forecasting across multiple projects
• Oversee project execution involving building envelope systems, insulated metal panels, metal roofing, industrial siding, cladding, exterior wall systems, or related specialty construction scopes
• Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, and within budget

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of construction project management experience
• Experience managing self-perform construction labor
• Customer-facing project management experience
• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Experience with project budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, change orders, or cost control
• Experience with industrial, commercial, or specialty construction projects
• Knowledge of building envelope systems, insulated metal panels (IMP), metal roofing, industrial siding, cladding, exterior wall systems, or pre-engineered metal buildings (PEMB)
• Experience supporting data centers, manufacturing facilities, cold storage facilities, or industrial facilities
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and construction management software

Compensation:

• Base salary in the 120k - 140k/year range plus annual bonus opportunity
