Your Role:

• Insulation removal and installation (blown-in, batt, etc.) in attics, crawlspaces, and walls
• Operate tools and equipment with confidence and care
• Keep work areas clean, safe, and mission-ready
• Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and customers
• Follow company procedures and safety guidelines without cutting corners

What It Takes:

• Start and end the day at our shop in Alpharetta
• Physical fitness and the ability to work in tight or elevated spaces
• Willingness to work in the heat of an attic
• A team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Punctuality, reliability, and pride in doing the job right
• Experience in insulation, crawlspaces, encapsulation, HVAC, construction, etc. is a plus, but we'll train the right person
