Your Role:
- Insulation removal and installation (blown-in, batt, etc.) in attics, crawlspaces, and walls
- Operate tools and equipment with confidence and care
- Keep work areas clean, safe, and mission-ready
- Communicate clearly and respectfully with crew members and customers
- Follow company procedures and safety guidelines without cutting corners
What It Takes:
- Start and end the day at our shop in Alpharetta
- Physical fitness and the ability to work in tight or elevated spaces
- Willingness to work in the heat of an attic
- A team-first mindset, strong work ethic, and positive attitude
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Punctuality, reliability, and pride in doing the job right
- Experience in insulation, crawlspaces, encapsulation, HVAC, construction, etc. is a plus, but we'll train the right person
