We are looking for a dependable, hardworking Insulation Installer to join our team. This position involves installing batt and blown-in insulation on residential and/or commercial projects and assisting the spray foam crew as needed.
Responsibilities
- Install fiberglass and other batt insulation in walls, ceilings, floors, attics, and other areas according to project specifications.
- Install blown-in insulation using appropriate equipment and application methods.
- Measure, cut, fit, and secure insulation around framing, electrical components, plumbing, and other obstacles.
- Prepare work areas before insulation installation and clean job sites after work is completed.
- Load, unload, organize, and transport insulation materials, tools, and equipment.
- Assist spray foam installers with job-site setup, preparation, cleanup, material handling, and other support tasks.
- Protect floors, windows, fixtures, and other surfaces before work begins.
- Safely operate insulation equipment, hand tools, power tools, ladders, and other job-site equipment.
- Follow company procedures, manufacturer guidelines, and job-site safety requirements.
- Communicate with crew members and supervisors to keep projects moving efficiently.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Perform other general construction and insulation-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous insulation, construction, roofing, drywall, or similar hands-on experience is preferred but not required.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work throughout the workday.
- Ability to lift and carry insulation, equipment, and materials weighing up to 75 pounds.
- Comfortable working on ladders and in attics, crawl spaces, and other confined or elevated areas.
- Comfortable working in varying temperatures and job-site conditions.
- Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a crew.
- Dependable, punctual, and willing to learn.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to travel to job sites as needed.

Work Environment
This is a hands-on construction position that may involve working in attics, crawl spaces, unfinished buildings, and other active job sites. The role requires frequent standing, bending, kneeling, climbing, reaching, lifting, and carrying materials.
