Upstate and Central New York's TOP Spray Foam Insulation company is looking forhungry, humble and smartindividuals to join our team. The position we are looking to fill with this ad is INSULATION INSTALLER. The position will pay anywhere from $18 - $30 per hour depending on levels of attitude, experience, and ability.

Where would you be working?Our team reports to our home base in West Winfield (NY) each day and travels throughout New York State, insulating homes and buildings - helping our clients get their projects done and/or make their homes more comfortable and efficient.

You would be serving low-income homeowners on their homes one day, to working on multi-million dollar homes the next day. There is no limit to what our team takes on - small residential projects, to large commercial projects and everything in between.Some projects do take us out of town where overnight stays are required. Pay bonuses and per diem are provided when working out of town. Also, ALL TRAVEL is paid.

QualificationsExperience is not required for this position. Although our ideal candidate would have experience in the trade, the major pre-qualification is ATTITUDE. The big question is whether your attitude fits into what we are trying to accomplish.Having a positive attitude is not preferred - it is required!

Your Qualifications

• Minimum of 18 years of age.

• If operating a vehicle for company purposes, a valid driver's license is required.

Type of Travel Required:  Local

Out of town travel as required.

Daily travel to job sites.

Physical Requirements

This role requires prolonged standing and repetitive motions, including bending, stooping, pushing, and pulling. Role also requires good hand-eye coordination, hand dexterity, and physical strength. The position involves lifting up to 50 pounds, depending on the specific job duties.

Compensation Range

$13.00 - $30.00
