- Supervise and manage crews, ensuring work meets quality, safety, and client standards.
- Apply expertise in insulating HVAC ducts, pipes, and plumbing systems to support project execution.
- Review blueprints, specifications, and perform material take-offs for scheduling and procurement.
- Lead safety meetings, enforce policies, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
- Utilize construction management knowledge and insulation techniques to achieve project success.
