Salary Range: $41000.00 - $48000.00 per year

Responsibilities

• Greet all customers on the phone or entering the office, in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Manage client billing inquiries with accuracy and precision.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for our clients.
• Understand client needs thoroughly to recommend appropriate insurance solutions.
• Build and nurture strong, lasting relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction.
• Review existing policies to identify opportunities for additional coverage or adjustments.
• Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
• Collaborate with underwriters and claims departments to facilitate smooth client experiences.
• Stay updated on industry trends and new product offerings.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support.
• Attend training and continuing education courses.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for building rapport.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Some college in a related field preferred.
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Possess an upbeat, positive and enthusiastic attitude.
