Key Responsibilities

Account Management

• Manage a portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, maintaining strong client relationships
• Handle policy renewals, endorsements, and changes in a timely and accurate manner

Client & Carrier Coordination

• Identify and assess clients' insurance needs, recommending appropriate coverage options
• Collaborate with underwriters and insurance carriers to secure optimal coverage and rates
• Resolve client inquiries and issues with professionalism and efficiency

Business Development

• Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell insurance products
• Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to provide informed advice

Qualifications

• Proven experience in commercial lines insurance, preferably as an account executive or similar role
• Strong understanding of commercial insurance products and underwriting processes
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for client interaction
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple accounts and deadlines
• Proficiency in insurance management software and tools
