Job Description
Long-standing State Farm agency seeks an Account Manager. This person will be vital to the daily business operations and customers success. This position will grow the agency through meaningful customer relations, act as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments, and improve the lives of customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services. Hours are Monday - Friday 9:00am - 5:00pm. Fridays end at 3:00pm and moves to hybrid after training. Salary depends on experience, plus commission (first year trajectory $75K - $90K). Company offers license reimbursement, bonus based on performance, flexible schedule, health insurance, and PTO.
Responsibilities:
Develop and maintain customer relationships to drive retention and growth.
Conduct policy reviews and provide recommendations to customers.
Oversee the resolution of complex customer issues.
Use your knowledge of our insurance products to recommend, explain and sell policies to both cold and warm leads.
