State Farm Agent, Joe Nachbaur is searching for a competitive Producer who can recognize opportunities and strategically turn leads into long-lasting customer relationships. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify and engage potential clients through various channels such as cold calling, referrals, and networking.
• Assess clients’ insurance needs by gathering relevant information about their vehicles, homes, and personal circumstances.
• Explain different insurance policies, coverage options, and terms to clients in a clear and understandable manner.
• Provide personalized insurance quotes and recommend suitable auto and home insurance products.
• Assist clients in completing insurance applications and ensure all necessary documentation is accurate and submitted on time.
• Follow up with clients to answer questions, address concerns, and provide ongoing support throughout the policy lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to encourage policy renewals and referrals.
• Stay informed about industry trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes affecting auto and home insurance.
• Collaborate with underwriters, claims adjusters, and other insurance professionals to facilitate smooth policy issuance and claims processing.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the insurance agency or company.
