ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Nate Nguon Ins and Fin Svc Inc - State Farm Agency (Tustin, CA) is seeking a driven and competitive Insurance Producer to join our team. RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage and maintain client insurance accounts, ensuring information is current.
• Assist clients with policy modifications, renewals, and inquiries.
• Educate clients on insurance products and services tailored to their needs.
• Handle insurance claims processing and follow up to ensure client satisfaction.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
• Exceptional customer service and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in insurance or related fields is preferred.
• Required License: Personal Lines or Property & Casualty (P&C), or willingness to obtain licensing.
