Responsibilities

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
  • Provide information about Allstate products and services.
  • Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims reporting.
  • Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
  • Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
  • Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the agency management system.
  • Contribute to agency goals by identifying opportunities for additional coverage or referrals.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proven customer service or sales experience.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
  • A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
