Salary Range: $50000.00 - $85000.00 per year

Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
- Provide information about Allstate products and services.
- Assist customers with policy changes, billing inquiries, and claims reporting.
- Build strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and offering appropriate solutions.
- Process new business applications and renewals accurately.
- Maintain customer records and ensure data accuracy in the agency management system.
- Contribute to agency goals by identifying opportunities for additional coverage or referrals.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Proven customer service or sales experience.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in computer skills and ability to learn new systems.
- A positive attitude and genuine desire to help others.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Bilingual abilities (Spanish) are a plus.
