ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Would you like more autonomy and ownership over your work time? As a remote Risk Advisor for Post Insurance Agency, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. Our team members are provided personal one on one coaching and development, resources and all the necessary support to have the right tools in order to achieve success and maintain our office culture.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Professional Risk Management Advice for all insurance products and services.
- Close and On-Board new clientele to our agencies.
- Exude empathy to all our prospects and customers putting them in the center of everything you do.
- Have fun!
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
- Sales experience (outside sales or inside sales representative, retail sales associate, or telemarketing) preferred
- People Oriented and enjoy working in a team environment
- Property and Casualty license (must be able to obtain)
- Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)

About Our Agency
- We help customers with their insurance and financial services needs, including Auto Insurance, Home Insurance, Life Insurance, Retirement Planning, Business Insurance, College Planning, Health Insurance, and Renters Insurance.
- Our office is located in North San Antonio, TX.
- Our office is open 8am - 5pm - M - F.
- I have been a State Farm agent since 2008.
- Before becoming a State Farm Agent, I was previously employed as a State Farm Agent Team Member.
- I am a proud graduate of Texas State University.
- We currently have 9 team members at our agency.
- We have 75 years of combined insurance experience in our office.
- Our agency has received awards including: Chairman's Circle, Ambassador Travel, Legion of Honor, Senior Vice President's Club, National Quality Award, Silver Scroll, Golden Triangle, Bronze Tablet, and New Agent Program Qualifier
