ROLE DESCRIPTION:
Susanna Nunn - State Farm Agent is searching for a competitive Account Representative who assist and advised customers on their coverages as well as  recognize opportunities for multi-line discounts and provide exceptional customer service to develop lasting customer relationships. As our Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member, your knowledge of insurance products and industry trends equips you to communicate directly with clients, identify their needs, and assist with products or services that maximize value for the customer.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Explain coverages, Identify customer needs, and find solutions to help customers reach their goals by protecting what matters most
• Develop relationships with customers through outstanding customer service and the way that you make them feel at every interaction
•  Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day for yourself and the team.
• Work alongside your agency’s team to help the team reach Sales and Retention Goals.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• State Farm Customer Service experience required
• Successful track record of meeting activity goals
• Ability to effectively relate to a customer and build relationships
•  Must have Property & Casualty license
