ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Theressa Parra - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful customer relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Engaging directly with customers through in-person meetings, email, or phone calls.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist customers with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle customer inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Work towards weekly and monthly sales goals. 
• Generating leads and selling a range of insurance products, including auto, home, business, and life insurance. 

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Customer service and communication skills.
• Previous experience in insurance or a related field preferred.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Spanish is a plus.
• Licensed in insurance is a plus; must be willing to obtain a license if they do not already have one.
• Communication and interpersonal skills.
