ABOUT OUR AGENCY
When I opened my agency in 2020, I wanted to create the kind of workplace I would have wanted to be part of—one where relationships come first, people are supported, and everyone has the opportunity to grow. Before becoming an agent, I spent several years with State Farm, including serving as an Agent Coach, where I had the opportunity to help other agents and team members succeed. That experience continues to shape how I lead my team today.


I'm a Texas native who grew up in Lufkin and graduated from the University of Louisiana Lafayette. Outside of the office, I enjoy giving back to the community by organizing our annual Back to School Bash, volunteering at local events, and officiating youth football games.


Our office works hard, celebrates wins together, and genuinely enjoys supporting one another. I want my team to feel challenged, encouraged, and confident they're building a career—not just working a job.

As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Ray Givens - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
