ROLE DESCRIPTION:
As Insurance Account Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member for Kait Hamilton - State Farm Agent, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers’ success. You grow our agency through meaningful client relations and acting as a liaison between customer needs and agency departments. You improve the lives of our customers by proactively marketing relevant products and services.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Market new and existing customers for insurance products in CA, AZ, NV and OR.
• Meet monthly sales quotas.
• Provide information about insurance products and services.
• Assist clients with policy applications and renewals.
• Handle client inquiries and provide timely responses.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Minimum of 1 year working for a State Farm Agent in a sales position.
• Licensed in Property & Casualty and Life & Health.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Detail-oriented and able to multitask.
• Bilingual (Spanish) preferred.
