Position Overview: As an Insurance Account Representative, you are vital to our daily business operations and customers' success. We are looking for friendly, attentive, and sales-minded professionals. Your role will help improve our customers lives by proactively reviewing and marketing relevant products and services. Grow your career with a competitive base pay (hourly), performance-based commission, and potential performance-based bonus as you help our customers manage the risks of everyday life.
Responsibilities:
Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
Develop leads, schedule appointments, accurately identify product fit, and market appropriate products and services.
Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to customer, team, and personal success.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive:
Hourly pay plus commission/bonus

Requirements:
Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
Interest in marketing products and services to current and potential customers
Ability to have discussions with customers to understand customer need
Ability to explain insurance products to customers in simple terms
Connecticut Property and Casualty License (must be able to obtain)
Connecticut Life and Health License (must be able to obtain)
Hours:
Monday - Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Saturday - Sunday, Closed
